The Saucepan is of a good large size and has a baluster form rising to an everted rim.  This piece has an unusual "sparrow beak" pouring spout with a pendant drop below.  The tubular silver section of the handle is attached to the main body with a beautiful heart shaped moulding.  The original fruitwood handle is finely turned and is attached to the silver section with a reeded socket.  The saucepan is very well marked on the base and shows original hammer marks from when it was originally raised.  This piece is in quite excellent condition.
