The Caddy Spoon displays an egg shaped bowl which is beautifully engraved with an outer band of twisted ropework on a scratch engraved ground. The stem is also decorated with this design and a cartouche engraved with a set of contemporary script initials. The design of spoon is typical of those produced by Samuel Pemberton, however ropework is a very unusual design. This example is in excellent condition and is very well marked.
Length: 3.1 inches, 7.75cm.
