This very rare Caddy Spoon is modelled as a raying scallop shell with deep bowl and trifurcated handle. The bowl, and handle, are decorated with linear and shell detail designs. This is the first time we have seen a spode caddy spoon and a near identical design is shown in "Caddy Spoons" by Captain John Norie, Plate 116, figure c. The reverse is plain.
Length: 2.45 inches, 6.13 cm.
Width, across the bowl: 1.9 inches, 4.75 cm.
