The caster stands on a stepped pedestal foot and rises to a Neo-Classical body which is pierced with two bands of vitruvian scrolls, as well as Classical urns in ovals. The sides are also decorated with floral garlands and prick dot bands, as well as a vacant oval cartouche. The domed pull off cover is decorated with reeding and is pierced on the top section with plain roundels. The Pepper is in excellent condition, is fully marked on the main body and has a blue glass liner.
