This fine piece stands on four cast winged paw feet. The main body is circular in form with a stepped rim decorated with gadrooning and the centre is engraved with a contemporary Crest. The reverse displays a crisp set of hallmarks and is also marked with the pattern number. This piece is in excellent condition and is of a very good weight, as expected from Paul Storr. The Crest is that of the Owen family of Condover, Shropshire.
