The Apple Corer has a tubular form with a reeded band where the blade meets the handle. The Canon handle has a drop at the end and this piece is in most excellent condition. The underside of the blade is marked with the sterling mark, duty mark and cruciform mark of Hampston & Prince. Apple Corers from the Provincial centres of silver production are extremely rare.
