The Sauceboats are of a large size and stand on three cast hoof feet which are attached to the main body with raying shell mouldings. The rim is decorated with applied reeding and the scroll handles are decorated with leaf capping. The side of the main body is engraved with a contemporary Armorial, with crossed branches below, and tied ribbons above. The Arms are those of the Pinchpoole family. The Sauceboats are of a beautiful design, are of a large size and are of the finest quality. Both are in excellent condition and are well marked. It is unusual to find beaded Sauceboats as most are gadrooned or reeded at this date.
