The label is of a slightly curved broad rectangular form with feather edge border, chased with trifurcated devices to each corner. The plain name plate is pierced for SEIGES and the reverse is very well marked with RB twice for Richard Binley. We think that Seiges is a spelling variation of Stiges, a coastal town south-west of Barcelona. Malvasia de Stiges is a Sweet wine typical of this town on the Catalan coast.
Length: 1.9 inches.
