The label is rectangular in form with an outer beaded rim enclosing a border of pierced and engraved vitruvian scrolls.  The face is engraved for WHITE.WINE, with niello lettering, and the label is in excellent condition.  The reverse is marked with SB for Susanna Barker dating it to circa 1775.
