The Jug has a slightly tapering "Can" form with reeded bands around the main body.  This is a most unusual design as it has two pouring spouts with reeded rim and two angular carrying handles, with acanthus leaf mouldings where they meet the main body.  The interior is palely gilded and the front is engraved with a set of contemporary script initials.  The Jug is of a good size, and would hold a good quantity.  This example is in excellent condition and is marked under the spout.

Height: 4.25 inches.

Width, handle to handle: 5 inches.

Weight: 9oz.
