The Peppers stand of circular domed feet decorated with reeding. The bellied main bodies have a central protruding girdle. The stepped, domed, pull off cover is pierced with roundels in bands and terminates in a cast bell finial. Each is fully marked in the foot. It is most unusual to find pairs of peppers at this date in this style.
