The arms are beautifully shaped and decorated with herring bone designs.  The oval finger grips are chased with cording and scrolls and both arms are joined with a central circular boss decorated with swirling bands of foliate motifs and centred, on one side, with a circular disc cartouche engraved with a contemporary initial.  The Nips have pretty shell grips, decorated with a central leaf capped band.  As we have intimated, these are modelled in one of the most beautiful, and unusual, designs which we have seen over all of the years.   These pieces are in quite excellent condition.

Length: 5.2 inches, 13 cm.

Width, across the finger grips: 2 inches, 5 cm.
