This very beautiful example has a navette shaped blade which is engraved with an outer prick dot and bright cut band, surrounding a pierced and engraved panel of floral and foliate scroll work, all surrounding a flower head in an oval frame. The blade is also engraved with a contemporary Crest and the handle is decorated with beading. The Slice is in excellent condition and is very well marked on the reverse. This would be a beautiful example to use on the table.
Length: 11.75 inches, 29,38cm
Width, at the widest point of the blade: 3.25 inches, 8.13cm.
