The Mustard Pot is of a large size and is oval in form with a beaded band at the rim and the base. The sides are beautifully pierced with an upper and lower band of flower heads, in entwined bands, as well as flower heads in ovals. The sides are also finely engraved with floral garlands and a vacant cartouche. The domed cover is engraved with an outer bright cut and prick dot band and this example has a scroll handle and cast chair back thumb piece. The Mustard Pot is in excellent condition and has a blue glass liner. The Mustard Pot is fully marked on the base and with the makers mark and sterling mark on the cover.
