The Toothpick Case is narrow rectangular in form, with cut corners. The cover, base and sides are engraved with very crisp bright cut designs, including flower heads, diamond motifs and a sunburst design on the base. The hinge is beautifully concealed and the interior display its original velvet lining and mirror.
