The Candlesticks stand on a square shaped base, displaying a different design to the one usually seen at this date. The steeply stepped base rises to a circular sunken well. The baluster stems are decorated with vertical and horizontal reeding, as are the spool shaped sockets. Both pieces are fully marked in the bases and are in excellent condition, with a good colour.
