The Caster has a baluster shaped main body which stands on a circular cast foot. The front of the main body is engraved with a contemporary Crest. The domed pull-off cover terminates in a cast bell shaped finial and is pierced with unusual swirling bands of scrolls and flowerheads, interspersed by engraved linear designs. The caster is of the finest quality and has a very good weight. It is fully marked in the foot and with the makers mark and sterling mark on the sleeve of the cover.
