The Teaspoons are modelled in the Hanoverian pattern and are decorated on the reverse of the bowl with a bird, possibly a dove, holding in its beak an olive branch. This is an unusual picture to see on a spoon. Three of the spoons are engraved at the top of the stem with the contemporary initial E and the other three with the initial M. These were probably a marriage set. The spoons are bottom marked and are in excellecnt condition, with a good colour.
