The Skewer has a stylised horseshoe end and waisted blade decorated with trailing vines and grapes in raised relief. This decoration is flanked by foliate scrolls, double reeded bands and a raying shell above. One side is engraved with a set of contemporary Gothic initials and the other side displays a very crisp set of hallmarks. The skewer is of a very good gauge of silver and is in excellent condition.
Length: 12 inches, 30cm.
