An unusual George IV Wine Label made in Birmingham in 1825 by Joseph Willmore.

This unusual wine label is very finely pierced and engraved with vine leaves, grapes and tendrils. The central banner is engraved for MADEIRA, surrounded by a prick dot frame. The label is in very good condition and is clearly marked on the reverse. An identical label is shown on page 241 of Wine Labels 1730-2003, A Wordwide History.
