This unusual piece stands on a circular foot, pierced with scrolls and roundels and displaying a corded edge. The baluster, vase shaped, main body has a wavy gadrooned rim and is chased with swirling bands in addition to foliate sprigs and flower heads, a most unusual design. The front of the main body displays a Rococo cartouche engraved with script initials and an arched handle, decorated with a floral spray. The Pail is in quite excellent condition, is very well marked on the foot and displays a blue glass liner.
