An unusual George III 'Can' shaped Cream Jug made in London in 1796 by Allen Dominy.


The Jug is modelled in the rare Can form which appears more frequently in porcelain designs. The Jug has a reeded rim, base and loop handle and the main body is engraved with prick dot bands and a border of scrolls and foliate motifs. This piece is in excellent condition and is very well marked.
