This very rare Spoon is beautifully modelled as a Spade with a T bar handle. The spade section is finely engraved with a band of foliate motifs on a scratch engraved ground. This example is in excellent condition and is very well marked. This design of Caddy Spoon is especially rare and a similar example is seen on plate 48 of Caddy Spoons by Captain John Norie.
