An extremely rare George III Mother of Pearl Caddy Spoons. Made most probably in London circa 1810.

This spoon is one of the rarest mother of pearl Caddy Spoon designs. The Spoon has an oval bowl and a very unusual pierced handle, displaying a row of standing scrolls. The handle is also decorated with linear and prick dot bands. The Spoon is in excellent condition and this example is on the front cover of Caddy Spoons by Captain John Norie. A very rare spoon.

Length: 2.95 inches, 7.38cm.
