An extremely rare and exceptionally fine Armorial Scent Bottle made in London in 1845 by the Royal firm of John Samuel Hunt.


The heavy cut glass, square, scent bottle has spear cut sides and a star cut base. The siler mounts on the bottle accomodate a tapering cut glass stopper and the silver gilt cover is modelled and cast, to the finest standard, as the Coronet of a Baron. This rare piece is of the finest quality, as would be expected from this Royal firm and is very well marked.
