The Salt Cellars are oblong in form and stand on four cast paw feet. The slightly baluster main body is decorated with a wide band of lobing and is engraved with a contemporary Crest. The interiors are gilded and the everted gadrooned rim is interspersed with Rococo shells flanked by acanthus foliage. Each is very well marked and the interiors display good original gilding. These are of an unusual design of the finest quality.
