An extremely fine early George III Wine Label made in London circa 1770 by Benjamin Bickerton.

The Wine Label is broad rectangular and has a slightly domed form. The label has a shaped feather edge border, with stylised flower head motifs in the bottom corners. The face is engraved with floral sprigs and the title WHITE PORT. This example is in excellent condition and is very well marked on the reverse.
