225598
The Wine Coaster has a spreading base and the rim is decorated with beading. The sides are pierced with vertical pails and also display Neo-Classical floral medallions and applied blue bell swags. The front also displays a vacant oval disc cartouche. The Coaster is of a very good gauge of silver and has its original turned fruitwood base. This example is well marked and is in excellent condition. This Neo-Classical style of Wine Coaster seldom comes onto the market today.
