A very rare George IV Wine Label made in London in 1822 by George Pearson.
374062
The Wine Label is modelled in the very unusual shaped crescent form, with a raying shell and gadrooned border. The label is pierced for PORT and is very well marked. The quality of production is outstanding, as would be expected from this maker. This design was peculiar to George Pearson, who also made silver mounted bottle corks of the finest quality and design.
