A very fine pair of George III Toddy Ladles made in Edinburgh circa 1786-90 by William & Patrick Cunningham.

The Toddy Ladles have deep circular bowls and beautiful slender Celtic point stems. The top of each stem is engraved with a contemporary Scottish Crest with the Motto Thus Far above and the script initials JC below. Each Toddy is also numbered in the Scottish tradition, is very well marked and in excellent condition. The Crest is that of the Campbell family of Glenfalloch, Perth.
