A very fine pair of Fiddle, Thread and Shell Salt Spoons made in London in 1857 by George Adams.

The Salt Spoons are modelled in the Fiddle, Thread & Shell pattern, which is double struck. The round bowls have finely gilded interiors and the top of the stems are engraved with a set of contemporary script initials. The spoons are both well marked and are in excellent condition.
