280363
The Nutmeg Grater is oval in form and displays protruding reeded bands on the sides. The base and cover display an outer prick dot border and the cover also displays an oval cartouche, surrounded by leaf motifs, and containing contemporary script initials. The Nutmeg Grater is unusual in that is comes apart in three sections, instead of the usual hinged type. This piece is in excellent condition and is very well marked.
