245644
The Tongs are cast and are of an exceptional weight. They are decorated, on the arms, with detailed Bacchanalian pattern and beautifully detailed masks on the oval grips. The pattern sits on a fiddle and thread frame and the top arch is engraved with a contemporary Crest. These Tongs are in excellent condition and are very well marked. This is the first time we have offered tongs decorated with this rare pattern.
