A rare George IV Vinaigrette made in London in 1823 by William Elliott.

The Vinaigrette is modelled as a trunk and the cover and base are unusually embossed with flower heads, scrolls, leaves, and Rococo shells. The sides are decorated with reeding. The interior is finely gilded and displays a rare feather grille flanked by floral sprays.
