A rare George III Wine Label made in London circa 1775 by Hester Bateman.

The Wine Label is modelled in the broad rectangular form with a domed shaped top. The edge is chased with feather edge designs and each corner displays a trefoil device. This piece is engraved with the rare title of CURRANT. The label is in excellent condition and is well marked on the reverse.
