A rare George III Spiral Corkscrew made in Birmingham circa 1800 by Samuel Pemberton.

The Corkscrew is of typical T form and the top bar and sleeve are decorated with very unusual spiral designs. The base of the sleeve displays a tapering reeded section and the top a star motif. This piece is in excellent condition and is marked on the base of the sleeve with SP for Samuel Pemberton of Birmingham.
