A rare George III 'Barrel' Mustard Pot made in London in 1778 by Burrage Davenport.

The Mustard Pot is finely modelled as a barrel, with horizontal lobed bands and slightly baluster body. The plain scroll handle has a shell thumb piece and this piece has a blue glass liner. The Mustard Pot is fully marked on the base and with the makers mark and sterling mark on the cover.
