A rare George II Wine Label made in London circa 1745 by Sandylands Drinkwater.

The Wine Label is modelled in the plain escutcheon form and is engraved for WHITE-WINE. This example is well marked on the reverse with the makers mark and sterling mark. A very fine example of an early English Wine Label.
