A George II Mug made in London in 1751 by John Rowe.


The Mug stands on a circular spreading foot decorated with reeding. The main body is baluster shaped in form with an everted rim. This piece has a leaf capped scroll handle and is well marked in the foot. The base is also engraved with a set of contemporary initials.
