£ 1,450

The Pail has slightly flared sides and a gadrooned rim. The arched handle is pierced with ovals and this example has a blue glass liner. The Pail is in excellent condition and is very well marked in the piercing. William Plummer was a specialist pierced worker, producing innovative designs during this period.

Height to the rim: 2.45 inches, 6.13cm.
Diameter at the rim: 3.1 inches, 7.75cm.
